Iron Barre Workout: Lower Body Combo #1

The first workout in this new series!  Target the hips, glutes, and hamstrings with a variety of weighted exercises to strengthen and define the lower body. You will need at a lighter and heavier dumbbell, weight plate, or kettle bell and a sturdy couch back or wall mounted barre. It is recommended to start with at least a 10 lb. weight for this segment.
