Leah Sarago has the golden touch when it comes to creating total body transformation. By using proven physiological scientific principles with specific application to optimize muscle fiber lengthening, Leah has come to see men and women of all ages and fitness levels achieve extreme levels of physical fitness, muscle definition, weight loss and overall wellness.
For over a decade, Leah Sarago has designed a fitness regime that is directly focused on creating a long and lean physique akin to a dancer’s body. Her method is centered in dance, ballet, pilates, and yoga-inspired exercises relying on body weight resistance to challenge the body primarily through isometrics, stretch-contract reflex, and eccentric contractions, which create the elongation in the muscles.
Leah Sarago’s unique fitness method has allowed her to reach out through various outlets in-tern creating a vast following of Leah Sarago Fitness enthusiasts. Leah starred and choreographed the 10 minute Solution: Dance off Fat Fast in 2008, a top-selling fitness brand, she also co-created/starred in Release and Warrior fitness DVDs in 2009. Leah was brought in to teach her specialized athletic-specific yoga stretch sessions for the 2009 and 2010 top NFL combine picks.
Leah Sarago Fitness has made over 130 downloads which are developed around the foundational principals of creating a long, lean body. These downloads have received international acclaim and are regularly downloaded from those in The United Kingdom, France, Sweden, New Zealand, Australia, Spain, Austria, Norway, Italy, Japan and India to name a few.
Leah Sarago Fitness was created at the increasing request for Leah to develop her own brand of fitness workouts and educational material. Leah has been providing instruction in the Ballet Body® method for nearly a decade, and with growing interest, she has provided her signature exercises on DVD. Ballet Body® Signature Series Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core fitness DVDs were created 2012, and in April 2013, these titles became part of the Acacia catalog for world-wide distribution. The Signature Series concentrates on the lower body, upper body, and core using the methods and principals that are specific to the workout system that thousands have come to love. Just recently, in January 2013, Leah released the fourth volume in the series, Ballet Body Signature Series: Total Body workout.
Leah Sarago holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Dance from Ithaca College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Phi Kappa Phi Honors in the top ten percent of her class. She has also earned awards and recognition for her creativity and excellence in exercise physiology and neuromuscular control. Moreover, she has been involved in choreographing and dancing with various dance companies on numerous productions. Leah is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS®) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
